Job Details for Parts Counter:

  • Schedule: M-F, 7AM - 5PM
  • Pay Rate: $14-20 an hour depending on relevant experience
  • Full time and Permanent employment

Job Responsibilities & Description:

  • Assisting customers in determining the right part for their needs, ordering that part and seeing that the part is provided in a timely fashion
  • Communicating by phone and in-person with customers regarding their parts needs
  • Creating invoices and credits appropriately
  • Researching information and creating price quotes for customers
  • Set up orders for delivery or pick-up

Job Requirements:

  • Must have long term, recent employment related to this position
  • In-depth understanding of heavy duty parts
  • An ideal candidate will possess previous experience of 2 or more years with heavy duty parts sales
  • Must have customer service background
