PeopleShare has an excellent opportunity for a Title Processor for our client, a title insurance company, in King of Prussia, PA!

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
  • Pay Rate: $16.00 - $18.00 hourly
  • Contract to possible hire

Job Responsibilities & Description for Title Processor:

The Title Processor will serve as the liaison between the company, the loan officer, and the borrower. Reporting directly to the closing department, you will assist with all administrative needs. Additional details below:

  • Focusing on answering incoming phone calls for the team and assisting other departments as needed, you will also type up title commitments and prepare CPL letters.
  • Review all title commitments for vesting and ensure that all requirements are satisfied.
  • Preform final check for taxes, vesting, and other checklist items prior to closing.

Job Requirements for Title Processor:

  • Must have 2 year degree or relevant experience within the field.
  • Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Must have (minimum) one year of experience working in an office environment.
  • Title/mortgage or financial experience a plus!
