Job Details for Title Clerk: As the Title Processor you will be responsible for reviewing title commitments, preparing the settlement statements and clearing titles for final approval.

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM
  • Pay Rate: $15-$17 per hour
  • Contract to hire

Job Responsibilities & Description for Title Clerk:

  • Create settlement statements for closing packages
  • Review title commitments for vesting and requirements; making necessary corrections for final approval
  • Communicated with other departments for efficient processing

Job Requirements for Title Clerk:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelors is preferred
  • High attention to detail
  • Previous related experience is required (i.e. closing, financial, mortgage, title clearing, title services)
