Job Details for Title and Mortgage Positions:

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday
    • Daylight
    • Mid day
  • Pay Rate: Competitive rate $14-$18 an hour dependent on client and experience
  • Contract to hire, full time and OT opportunities

The Ideal Candidate for Title and Mortgage Positions:

  • Previous mortgage or title, customer service, financial/banking or other related background
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Great communication skills
  • Data entry/computer skills

A Day in the Life of a Title and Mortgage Position:

  • Performs quality control analysis on new and refinance orders in compliance to regulatory, industry and client requirements
  • Review work in progress and process mortgage/title documents in the computer system
  • Title clearance to ensure closings are on time
  • Address inquiries from clients, borrowers, agents and internal staff
  • Provide clients with product and service information
