PeopleShare has an excellent opportunity for an Insurance Customer Service Representative in the King of Prussia area!

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00AM-5:00PM
  • Pay Rate: $16-18/hour based of experience

Job Responsibilities & Description for an Insurance Customer Service Representative:

  • Respond to client inquires in a timely manner
  • Answering all inbound; make outbound calls to potential and current clients
  • Input insurance quotes into system
  • Process all documents after the purchase of a policy
  • Other administrative tasks as needed

Job Requirements for an Insurance Customer Service Representative:

  • Must be able to PASS the Property and Casualty Licensing Exam within 30 days of hire
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Customer Service oriented and Goal driven
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suites
