Job Details for Temporary Medical Biller:

  • Schedule: 7am-3:30pm or 8am-4:30pm
  • Pay Rate: $16-$18/hour
  • Temp: 3-4 months

Job Responsibilities & Description for Temporary Medical Biller:

  • The Temporary Medical Biller will code and submit bill changes
  • Assist in processing claim denials
  • Submit billing data to insurance providers
  • Process pre-authorization
  • Provide excellent customer service via phone with a a warm and friendly voice
  • Work independently and as a team

Job Requirements for Temporary Medical Biller:

  • Competitive Medical Billing candidates should have 2+ years of experience in medical billing or medical accounts receivable
  • Consistent, recent, and relevant work history
  • Medical coding certification preferred but not required
  • Have a team-oriented and coachable mindset
