PeopleShare has an excellent opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Allentown, PA!

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be identifying and screening talented individuals to fill open positions for our clients. You will assist in conducting interviews and preparing candidates for orientations. Other duties will include answering phones, taking messages and assisting your team members in the recruitment process. This is an ideal position for those looking to gain experience in staffing and human resources. Huge resume builder!

Start Date - ASAP

Duration - Up to 6 months!

Hours - Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm, 8:00am-5:00pm OR 8:30am-5:30pm

Compensation - $14-$18/hr. additional weekly incentives available based on performance


* Identify candidates that meet hiring criteria
* Phone Screen and schedule applicants for interviews with a PeopleShare Recruiter
* Administer skills assessment testing
* Conduct Interviews
* Answer incoming calls and manage email correspondence with urgency and attention to detail
* Enter employee information into a database
* Other support as needed


* Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field
* Customer service experience a must
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
* Friendly and outgoing, able to communicate with all levels of professionals
* Experience in human resources or recruiting support for customer service or call center roles a plus
* MS Office proficiency
