Job Description

PeopleShare has an excellent opportunity for a Supplemental Insurance Liaison in the Allentown area! This is an entry level Call Center position with a fortune 14 company that includes paid training. All necessary licenses will be provided by the employer at NO COST to you!

  • Various Shifts Monday - Friday + Unlimited Overtime ($20.25 for every hour over 40 per week)
  • Pay Rate: $13.50 per hour + performance incentives
  • Temporary to Hire

Job Responsibilities & Description:

  • The Supplemental Insurance Liaison will answer inbound calls and provide one call resolution for member inquiries and issues regarding benefits, eligibility, and insurance claims.
  • Educate members on health care topics.
  • Research complex issues across multiple databases and work with support resources to resolve customer issues and or partner with others to resolve escalated issues.

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Must be a resident of Pennsylvania and have a valid Pennsylvania ID
  • Accident and Health License (PeopleShare will assist in obtaining one for the job!)
