PeopleShare has an excellent opportunity for an entry level Social Media Moderator in the Horsham PA area!

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
  • Pay Rate: $15-$18 per hour, based on experience
  • Temporary

Job Responsibilities & Description:

  • Monitor day to day customer interactions on social media sites, blogs, message boards, product review sites and other
  • Answer member questions and issues
  • Initiate and moderate customer/member discussions
  • Work as part of a cross-functional team that will interact with other parts of the organization to guide their social media activities
  • Assist with various digital marketing projects including social contests, tagging posts in our social platform
  • Assist Public relations in day to day activities such as placing orders

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing, Psychology or related field
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Proficient skills in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. Knowledge of other MS Office products also required
  • Experience with a social media platform a plus.
  • Knowledge of internet and social media channels including but not reserved to: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Google +
  • Excellent time management, organization skills, and adaptable to frequent change
