PeopleShare is seeking qualified candidates for a 2nd shift Warehouse Supervisor in Cranbury, NJ!

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2:00pm-11:00pm (2nd shift) plus overtime as needed
  • Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
  • Temp to hire opportunity

Job Responsibilities & Description:

  • Monitoring and improving safety in a fast-paced environment and communicate with leadership on strategic vision and goals
  • Set expectations and accountability for the team to meet goal
  • Prepare and maintain all logistic and warehouse reports
  • Coordinate the movement of inventory in the distribution center
  • Verify all forms and documentation related to inventory and shipments
  • Utilize software to coordinate dock activity

Job Requirements:

  • Experience working in a supervisory or lead role in a distribution environment
  • Forklift experience
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
