Description:

  • DIRECT HIRE POSITION
  • 8am-5pm shift, but must be flexible to schedule changes
  • Monday through Friday with NO weekends
  • 28k-31k a year with GENEROUS monthly compensations for traveling

Job Responsibilities:

  • Traveling as needed to different branches of the law firm
  • Will be operating switchboards
  • Working in the mail/copy room as needed
  • Entering and maintaining the data base for the law firm

Job Requirements:

  • AT LEAST 2 years of administrative experience
  • MUST be proficient in Microsoft office and excel
  • Able to handle last minute changes and 'curve balls' in daily plans
  • Professional and highly organized
  • High School Diploma is required and a Bachelor's degree is preferred
