Job Details for Front Desk Receptionist:

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday: Daylight
  • Pay Rate: $13.00-15.00 per hour
  • Contract to hire - long term employment!

Job Responsibilities & Description for Front Desk Receptionist: As a front desk receptionist you will be responsible for checking in and out patients, data entry and assisting patient questions

  • Answer incoming calls and scheduling appointments
  • Responsible for patient insurance verification
  • Data entry, file, fax and scan as needed
  • Check patients out and schedule follow up appointments

Job Requirements for Front Desk Receptionist:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Positive attitude
  • Multitasking skills
  • 6 months experience is a office setting such as; Doctor Office, Front Office Associate, Receptionist, Administrative Assistant or similar environments!
