Job Details for the Research Assistant:

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5PM
  • Pay Rate: $15/hr

Job Responsibilities & Description for the Research Assistant:

  • Research, appeal, and resolve claim rejections, underpayments, and denials
  • Identify trends and perform root cause analysis on unpaid and underpaid claims
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with clinical personnel, teammates, and insurance representatives

Job Requirements for the Research Assistant:

  • Bachelors degree is highly preferred
  • Ability to research and problem solve, using analytic thinking skills
  • A health care background is a plus
