Job Title - Recruiting Coordinator

Description

Assist in sourcing and scheduling candidates for interviews with a PeopleShare recruiter. Assist in answering phones, taking messages and applicant check in/check out. Ideal position for those looking to gain experience in staffing or fast track to recruiting and HR.


Responsibilities

  • Source for candidates that meet hiring criteria
  • Phone Screen and schedule applicants for interviews with a PeopleShare Recruiter
  • Answer incoming calls and manage email correspondence with urgency and attention to detail
  • Run check-in and checkout process for interviews daily
  • Administer skills assessment testing
  • Enter employee information into database
  • Other support as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Customer service experience a must
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
  • Friendly and outgoing, able to communicate with all levels of professionals
  • Experience in recruiting support, customer service or call center roles a plus
  • MS Office proficiency
