PeopleShare has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Recruiter for a nationally known manufacturer in Horsham, PA!

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
  • Pay Rate: $20-25/hour
  • Temporary to hire!

Job Responsibilities & Description:

  • Source, screen, interview, and submit candidates for consideration for light industrial positions
  • Utilize multi-platform resources for sourcing active and passive candidates
  • Work within recruitment team to build relationships and develop new recruiting strategies
  • Provide high level customer service for clients and potential candidates

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • 3-5 years of recruiting experience within a corporate environment
  • Experience in light industrial recruiting is preferred
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite- Outlook, Word, Excel, & Powerpoint
