PeopleShare has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Healthcare Recruiter in Lansdale, PA!

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
  • Pay Rate: $25.00-$35.00 per hour, based on experience
  • Contract - at this time the role does not have an end date!

Job Responsibilities & Description:

  • Full cycle recruitment including screening candidates, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, discussing open positions, and offering positions
  • Set up payroll information, review employment paperwork for completion
  • Conduct background investigations, employment verification's and other pre-employment checks
  • Maintain 100% excellent documentation within database

Job Requirements:

  • Must have a minimum of 1 year of recruitment experience within the field of Nursing
  • Bachelor's Degree required in Human Resources, Communications, or related field
