Job Details for Front Desk Receptionist:

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:00am - 5:00pm)
  • Pay Rate: $30,000 - $45,000/year depending on experience

Job Responsibilities & Description for Front Desk Receptionist:

  • Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
  • Assist with daily administrative work when needed.
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets with little to no errors.

Job Requirements for Front Desk Receptionist:

  • Must be Proficient or Advance in Microsoft Excel.
  • Must have experience with Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor's degree not required, but preferred.
