PeopleShare is seeking qualified candidates for a Receptionist with Law Experience in Philadelphia!

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday/8:30 AM-5:00 PM
  • Pay Rate: $13.98 to $14.65
  • Temp to Hire

Job Responsibilities & Description:

  • Maintaining the receptionist duties that support a law firm setting
  • Greet guests and gather, prepare, and present their information to administration
  • Knowledge of basic legal terminology
  • Answering phones and being a liaison between clients and paralegals/lawyer

Job Requirements:

  • MUST have experience in a law setting
  • receptionist or office administrative experience
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred, but not required
  • Basic experience in Microsoft office and utilization of computer systems
