Job Description

PeopleShare has an immediate opening for a Receptionist in Doylestown, PA!

  • Schedule: 8:00AM - 4:30PM, Monday-Friday
  • Pay Rate: $13.00-$15.00 Hourly
  • Temp to Permanent Hire

DAY TO DAY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Strong knowledge use of MS Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Proficient in using a computer and other applications
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently and stay on task
  • Able to provide on-going communicate to peers and management
  • Ability to transfer and file documents for storage
  • Ability to print work order document and prepare these documents for the production floor in work sleeves
  • Be able to perform data entry and data management
  • Strong verbal and written skills
  • Keen sense for accuracy and on-time completion of tasks
  • Ability to answer multiple phone lines
