Job Responsibilities & Description for Receptionist:

  • Answering and routing telephone calls
  • Greeting visitors
  • Mail and distribute postage
  • Light copy machine jobs
  • Light computer work
  • Other general office work

Job Requirements for Receptionist:

  • Proficient in Microsoft programs
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Must have a record of good attendance in your work history
