PeopleShare has an excellent opportunity for a Receiving Clerk in Hatfield, PA!


  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm
  • Pay Rate: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
  • Temporary to Permanent Hire!

Receiving Clerk Job Responsibilities & Description:

  • Support manufacturing processes by receiving and unloading incoming shipments
  • Verifying shipping contents against bill of lading
  • Prepare and forward receiving notices to various departments
  • Unload shipments and investigate any discrepancies
  • Receive shop order papers for vendors and issue materials
  • Run receiving reports
  • Operate a forklift as needed
  • Coordinate and schedule pick ups and deliveries
  • Assist with stock room as necessary

Receiving Clerk Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience reading bill of ladings
  • Knowledge of shipping and receiving reports and schedules
  • Must have experience driving a variety of forklifts
