PeopleShare has an excellent Direct Hire opportunity for a Purchasing Assistant in Hamilton, NJ!

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Pay Rate: $50 - $55 k/yr.
  • Direct Hire

Job Responsibilities & Description for Purchasing Assistant:

  • Process all purchase orders daily
  • Communicate with vendors regarding pricing and delivery
  • Provide customer service representative with quotes for products
  • Interact with warehouse staff to identify incoming products

Job Requirements for Purchasing Assistant:

  • Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Effective negotiation skills
  • Manufacturing experience a must
