Job Description

PeopleShare is seeking qualified candidates for a Project Management role within a leading domestic production company in Horsham, PA!

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
  • Pay Rate: $45-50/hour
  • Contract 6 months or more

Job Responsibilities & Description for Project Manager:

  • Drive cross-over team goals, setting and administering schedules and managing projects
  • Proactively manage changes within projects, identify potential problems, and provide solutions
  • Act as liaison between multiple departments and facilities
  • Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members and influence them positively throughout projects and assigned work
  • Lead meetings and working sessions with senior leaders to assist with time-lines, tools, and developing business models

Job Requirements for Project Manager:

  • Bachelors degree required, Masters degree preferred
  • 5 years of experience in project management
  • PMP certified is a plus
  • Experience within large scale production projects is a plus
