Job Description

PeopleShare is hiring a Production Supervisor to work at a Manufacturing Facility in Cranbury, NJ!


* Schedule: 7:00AM-7:00 PM - Rotating 1st Shift including every other weekend
* Salary: $50,000-$55,000 Annually
* Temp-to-Hire or Direct Hire Opportunity!

Job Responsibilities for the Production Supervisor:


* Determine staffing needs and ensure machines are properly equipped for the shift production
* Inspect the quality of the finished product
* Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, and conduct new employee safety training
* Input daily production numbers and create reports as needed
* Work closely with the Warehouse Manager, Human Resources, and maintenance to ensure production goals are met efficiently

Job Requirements for Production Supervisor:


* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production/manufacturing supervisor role
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) Preferred
* Excellent communication skills
