Production Coordinator Job Available!

PeopleShare is seeking qualified candidates for a Production Coordinator in Phoenixville, PA!

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 4 PM
  • Pay Rate: $16.83 - $21.83/hour, depending upon experience
  • Full-time

Job Responsibilities & Description:

  • Coordinate and schedule millwork orders into production
  • Monitor program schedules
  • Assist Project Managers and Shop Supervisors with producing quality products based upon customer specifications
  • Handle day to day administrative tasks in the division
  • Act as liaison between production control and manufacturing
  • Interface with clients to complete tasks

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of three (3) years of production experience or similar type of role required, preferably in kitchen/bath or millwork industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Proficient in AutoCAD or similar software
  • Excellent communication skills
