Job Details for Production Associate: As a Production Associate you would be collecting, mixing processing raw materials and operating a hydraulic press to created hardened forms.

  • Schedule: Monday through Friday - daylight shift (Staggered start times from 6:30AM to 8:30AM)
  • Pay Rate: $16 to $18 per hour
  • Contract to hire

Job Responsibilities & Description for Production Associate:

  • Gathering the graded system raw materials to re-work
  • Sorting the cans of raw material into various grades
  • Screening raw material and crushing reworked material
  • Compute amounts of ingredients required using cards
  • Utilizes a hydraulic press to produce hardened forms
  • Packs molds onto press rack

Job Requirements for Production Associate:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Previous production experience is a plus
  • Basic math skills are required
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs
