Job Details for Practice Assistants:

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 7AM-8PM (8 hour shift between those times)
  • Pay Range: $13-15 per hour
  • Contract to Hire

Job Responsibilities & Description for Practice Assistants: As a Practice Assistant you will be responsible for scheduling patients, taking co-pays, verifying insurance - as well as the duties listed below:

  • Register new patients and update existing patients demographics
  • Retrieving patient records
  • Answering incoming phone calls

Job Requirements for Practice Assistants:

  • Previous front office/receptionist experience (Doctors office experience preferred)
  • Data entry/computer skills
  • High School Diploma or GED
