A large home shopping network is seeking a Payroll Specialist in West Chester, PA! This is a great opportunity for candidates with experience in processing payroll, interested in working for a well known and respected international cable television network!

Job Details for the Payroll Specialist:

  • Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8AM-4:30PM, Friday 7:30AM-4PM
  • Pay Rate: $20/hr

Job Responsibilities & Description for the Payroll Specialist:

  • Verify employee hours from time sheets to payroll worksheets. Calculates special adjustments such as bonuses
  • Process W-4 form changes, direct deposit forms, and special deductions into the system
  • Maintain and update attendance records for employees. Tracks vacation, holidays, leaves of absences, etc
  • Research and resolve payroll discrepancies

Job Requirements for the Payroll Specialist:

  • 2-3 years directly related large company payroll experience is required
  • ADP PayForce experience is preferred
  • Ability to access and enter information using an automated system quickly and accurately
  • Capability to perform mathematical calculations
