PeopleShare has an excellent opportunity for a Payroll Administrator in West Chester, PA!

  • Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm
  • Pay Rate: $18-$20

Job Responsibilities & Description:

  • Verify employee hours, department, and pay rates from time sheets and codes to payroll worksheets for assigned departments, and keys necessary adjustments into system related to new hires, terminations, and status/position changes
  • Process W-4 form changes, direct deposit forms, and special deductions, such as United Way and 401k, into the system
  • Key weekly and biweekly payroll batches for assigned group of employees into the computer system, and investigate and resolves any discrepancies
  • Maintain and update attendance records for all assigned employees, and prepares manual checks as needed
  • Pull Payroll Registers, calculates overtime, and shifts and verifies that total wage calculations balance with year to date figures

Job Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3-4 years directly related large company payroll experience required
  • ADP PayForce experience and report writing skills preferred
