Our client, a leader in the health care community, located in Malvern, PA is seeking a Patient Services Representative to join their team. This is a full-time customer service position in a team-oriented environment. Ideal candidates will be personable, professional and detail oriented.

Job Details for Patient Services Representative:

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, shifts vary within 8am - 9pm based off business need
  • Pay Rate: $14 - $16/hour

Job Responsibilities & Description for Patient Services Representative:

  • Answering all inbound phone calls from patients or caregivers
  • Place outbound calls to contacts to schedule classes and conduct after-class follow-up contacts according to established procedures and follow-up mechanisms
  • Maintain data forms e-faxed from the field and enter in the appropriate database
  • Build positive relationships with teammates and provide customer service excellence

Job Requirements for Patient Services Representative:

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Some computer knowledge
  • Some medical background preferred but not required
