PeopleShare is recruiting for a Patient Services Associate role located in Center City! This is a Contract to Hire position.

Job Details for Patient Services Associate:

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
  • Pay Rate: $15.00/hr
  • Contract to Hire

Job Responsibilities & Description for Patient Services Associate:

  • responsible for the arrival and/or departure activities of patients in the practice
  • managing and handling patient calls and inquiries
  • coordinating patient appointments
  • updating patient insurance/billing information
  • performing point of service activities

Job Requirements for Patient Services Associate:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 2 or 4 year college degree preferred.
  • 2-3 years of medical office experience, or 4 years of customer service experience, required
  • EPIC experience is a plus
