PeopleShare has an excellent opportunity for a Patient Scheduling Customer Service Representative in Chadds Ford, PA.   • Schedule: Monday-Thursday 7:15AM-5:30PM; Friday 7:15AM-5:00PM
  • Pay Rate: $15/hr
  • DIRECT HIRE

Job Responsibilities & Description of the Patient Scheduling Customer Service Representative:

  • Collecting required patient information, including scheduling, preregistration, and insurance verification
  • Answering, screening and processing requests and telephone inquiries
  • Obtaining and accurately entering demographic, clinical, and billing information
  • Collecting co pays and payment information when necessary

Job Requirements of the Patient Scheduling Customer Service Representative:

  • Bachelors Degree required; preferably in health administration or health related
  • 1-3 years of proven customer service experience preferably in scheduling services
  • Comfortable answering patient inquiries in a high volume, fast paced environment
