Job Details for Patient Scheduler opening:

  • Full-time, Monday-Friday 7:15AM-5:30PM
  • $13-$15 per hour with employee benefits

Job Responsibilities & Description of Patient Scheduler:

  • Answer, screen, and process requests and telephone inquiries
  • Collect all required patient information, including scheduling, preregistration, and insurance verification
  • Provide professional and compassionate customer service to patients

Job Requirements for Patient Scheduler:

  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service or call center (insurance verification experience is a plus!)
  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs such as Word and Excel
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills as well as close attention to detail
