  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am to 4pm
  • Pay Rate: $14/hr
  • Contract Position with possibility for long-term (Or could open up other opportunities)

Job Responsibilities & Description for Patient Service Rep:

  • Take inbound calls promptly, politely, and professionally
  • Accurate scheduling of appointments
  • Call reminders to patients
  • Assist with medication refills

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Must have minimum of 1 year experience in a fast paced call center environment
  • Ideal candidate has strong phone skills including phone mannerisms and etiquette
  • Previous experience working in an ambulatory care setting
