Details for Packaging Associate:

  • Schedule: 4 days a week; 12 hour shifts
  • Pay Rate: $16.10
  • Contract to Permanent

Job Responsibilities & Description for Packaging Associate:

  • Place the correct number of product from the assembly line on the tray or in a case
  • Assists Machine Operators in setting up machines for all varieties of products
  • Communicate any issues to the Machine Operator or Lead Person or Packaging Supervisor
  • Ensure in-feed to the machines is properly adjusted to accommodate the product without causing damage
  • Remove product from line and place it on the appropriate rack/tray when machine is stopped
  • Perform quality inspections as instructed by Supervisor or Lead Person

Job Requirements for Packaging Associate:

  • 1+ year experience in manufacturing industry preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Must be able to count
  • Must be able to stand long periods of time and lift 20+ pounds
