Job Description

PeopleShare is hiring a Lead Generator to work in Lawrenceville, NJ! This is a great opportunity for eager entry level sales and marketing professionals to gain experience with room for growth.

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday / 9:00am-5:00pm
  • Base pay: $12.00-$14.00/hour (Commission available based on appointments scheduled!)
  • Temp to hire opportunity with room for advancement

The main goal in this role is to set appointments for business contacts by placing outbound calls. Responsibilities include:

  • Place outbound B2B phone calls to business prospects (cold calls and warm calls), must be able to get past the gate keeper to reach the potential client
  • Provide an introduction and basic information to contacts
  • Schedule meetings with target business contacts
  • Build rapport and manage client relationships

Job Requirements for the Lead Generator:

  • 1-3 years of sales or marketing experience preferred, but willing to train for the right candidate
  • Excellent listening, conversation, telephone and people skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Determined, positive, go-getter personality!
