***Order Selectors Needed!***

Job Details for the Entry Level Grocery Order Selector Position:

  • Schedule: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
  • Work 10.5 hours a day with a start time of either 4am, 6am, or 8am
  • Pay Rate: $14.15 per hour
  • Temporary to Hire
  • Possibility of $500 bonus for working 3 months/30 hours a week or more

Job Responsibilities & Description for the Entry Level Grocery Order Selector Position:

  • Use of available technology at full capacity in the order selection process including Vo-Collect, battery operated pallet jack, etc
  • Always maintain a safe work environment
  • Perform order audits to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Inform management of daily quality issues using reports as well as other forms of communication
  • Complete all tasks within a predetermined committed time or batches
  • Maintain two-way communication with fellow co-works and management within the facility
  • Share thoughts, ideas, concerns, as well as effective listening
  • Contribute to training and betterment of new team member as needed
  • Uphold all standard for professional appearance (uniform)

Job Requirements for Entry Level Grocery Order Selector Position:

  • Unrestricted ability to bend, stoop, squat, stand, walk, climb, twist, turn, reach out
  • Lift 35-65 pounds repeatedly
  • Occasional exposure to climates ranging from -20 to 34 degrees
  • Incredible customer service skills
  • Multi-tasking while being organized is a must
  • Minimal data entry skills
  • Use of effective communication
