Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Mortgage Processor for our client, a superior Philadelphia mortgage company! This is a Direct Hire role that will train in office and then be fully remote.

Job Details for Mortgage Processor:

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00AM - 6:00PM
  • Pay Rate: $45,000 - 55,000
  • Direct Hire

Job Responsibilities & Description for Mortgage Processor:

  • Coordinate closings with borrower, agent, or both the buyer and seller side of the transaction
  • Prepare and distribute closing documents
  • Work with processing manager to hit deadlines.

Job Requirements for Mortgage Processor:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Mortgage Processing, or Mortgage Closing process
  • Mortgage Broker experience would be a plus!
  • Self starter with diligent follow-up
  • Willing to go above and beyond
  • Fast paced environment
