Job Responsibilities & Description for Medical Receptionist:

  • Greeting and signing in all patients
  • Reviewing insurance cards as well as copying cards/drivers licenses
  • Reviewing patient forms and making necessary changes
  • Estimating costs for patients as well as insurance billing
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements for Medical Receptionist:

  • Must have Medical Receptionist experience
  • Must have Insurance billing experience
  • Must have great customer service skills
  • Must be tech savvy
