Job Details for Medical Office Receptionist:

  • Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm OR Monday through Thursday 12:00 pm to 6:30 pm
  • Pay Rate: $13 an hour to START
  • Temporary to PERMANENT Hire

Job Responsibilities & Description for Medical Office Receptionist:

  • Greet patients and visitors upon entry
  • Check patients in and verify and update demographic and insurance information
  • Answer phones and screen calls
  • Check out and make appointments for follow-up patient's office schedules
  • Collect applicable insurance co-pay information and referrals

Job Requirements for Medical Office Receptionist:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1 year's experience in a medical office environment
  • Must have computer skills - MS Office
