Job Details for Medical Office Associate: As the Medical Office Associate you will be assisting the staff with the flow of patients. Registering new patients, preparing charts and files and fielding incoming calls.

  • Schedule: Monday through Friday - 8 hour shifts (between 7:00AM and 8:00PM)
  • Pay Rate: $13 to $15 per hour
  • Contract to hire

Job Responsibilities & Description for Medical Office Associate:

  • Register new patients
  • Field incoming calls
  • Prepare patient records and staff for upcoming appointments

Job Requirements for Medical Office Associate:

  • HS diploma or GED completion
  • Data entry/computer skills
  • Medical Front Office Experience preferred (i.e, benefit verification, billing, clerk, office manager, receptionist)
