  • Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm - Weekends off
  • Pay Rate: $13.50
  • Permanent and full-time employment

Job Responsibilities & Description for Claims Resolution Specialists:

  • Work through unpaid claims in order to resolve and collect on those claims
  • Gather the appropriate discharge information from the hospital and begin working on the claim
  • Collect unpaid or rejected claims from the responsible party - you will work a lot with insurance companies!

Job Requirements for Claims Resolution Specialists:

  • This position requires mastery of the computer and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • You need a basic understanding of claims and health insurance
  • Long term experience in a high-volume customer service position
