PeopleShare has an excellent opportunity for a career minded EXECUTIVE MARKETING ASSISTANT for a permanent position with an amazing company in Center City, Philadelphia!

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8-5pm
  • Pay Rate: $55K-$60K
  • Direct Hire

Job Responsibilities & Description:

  • Originate and execute ideas for new marketing initiatives that support key product messages across a range of traditional and digital media
  • Assist marketing channel managers with the implementation of marketing plans, ensuring timely and efficient workflow
  • Assist with website content review and production to ensure that content is both engaging and accurate. Develop content for new pages as required

Job Requirements:

  • 4 year college degree, Marketing or Business Administration major preferred
  • Knowledge of the asset management business, investment products and capabilities as it relates to institutional, closed-end and open end mutual funds, and intermediary markets.
  • Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in a professional manner when dealing with employees, vendors and company contacts.
  • Competent computer skills (SalesForce, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet) to perform job duties listed above
