  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-3pm
  • Pay Rate: $13-14/hour to start
  • Temporary to hire!

Job Responsibilities & Description for the Mailroom Associate:

  • Receive, sort, and scan medical records in a high volume environment
  • Review all documents in all forms prior to scanning
  • Provide quality assurance techniques throughout the full process
  • Work with clients to complete any missing items needed for documentation

Job Requirements for the Mailroom Associate:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must have at least 1-3 years of experience within mailroom or document preparation
  • Must have strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs boxes throughout shift
