PeopleShare is seeking qualified candidates for Machine Operator roles in press operation and finishing departments for a leader in the flexible packaging industry in Telford, PA!

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 3pm-11pm OR 11pm-7am
  • Pay Rate: $15-17/hour + increases if hired permanent!
  • Temporary to hire!

Job Responsibilities & Description for Press/Finishing Machine Operator:

  • Load and unload materials from machine for start up & change overs
  • Perform sampling and quality checks throughout production
  • Troubleshoot machinery when needed
  • Ensure cylinders are cleaned and prepped prior to operation

Job Requirements for Press/Finishing Machine Operator:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Must have at least 1-3 years of machine operation experience, preferably in press operation
  • Must have strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Forklift experience is a plus!
