Job Description for a Corporate Dispatcher:

  • Monitor personnel and locations of equipment
  • Coordinate service and schedules
  • Dispatch technicians to appropriate locations per customer requests
  • Record and maintain files on customer accounts
  • Determine types or amounts of equipment, vehicles, materials, or personnel required, according to work orders or specifications

Job Requirements for a Corporate Dispatcher:

  • High School Graduate or GED Required
  • Two plus years of customer service experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Must be detail oriented, ability to multi-task
