Job Details for a Grinder:

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:30AM-3:00PM or Sunday-Thursday 10:00PM-6:30AM
  • Pay Rate: $10 for first shift and $11.00 for third shift
  • Contract to Hire


Job Responsibilities for a Grinder: As a grinder, you will be responsible for reading and complying with drawings, grinding out discrepancies, and following all other warehouse duties as assigned.

  • Grind and/or file rough edges of material
  • Break parts out of metal sheets
  • Operate various hand tools
  • Perform other production duties


Job Requirements for a Grinder:

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • Previous grinding or fabricating experience
  • Must have at least 6 months of previous warehouse experience (machine operating, packaging, shipping or receiving, production/assembly, fast-paced pick/pack, manufacturing experience will be considered)
