Job Details for Shipping and Receiving Coordinator:

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM
  • Pay Rate: $16.00 - $17.00
  • Contract to Hire

Job Responsibilities & Description Shipping and Receiving Coordinator:

  • Complete shipping and receiving functions for multiple locations
  • Ensure completion and accuracy of all shipping documents per federal guidelines
  • Communication with customers for any product outages or delays
  • Assist with educating staff on ways to reduce cost
  • Effectively communicate with customers and vendors
  • Report and record shipment charges

Job Requirements Shipping and Receiving Coordinator:

  • Must possess a High School Diploma
  • Must possess 2+ years experience in shipping and receiving
  • Experience with international and domestic shipping preferred
