PeopleShare has an immediate opening for a Licensed Health Insurance Supervisor in Trevose, PA!!

  • Schedule: 8:00AM - 5:00PM Monday-Friday
  • Pay Rate: $25.00
  • Temp to PERMANENT HIRE

DAY TO DAY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • o Monitor and evaluate performance of agents during scheduled times
  • Professionalism, Quality Scores, Account Metrics, Attendance/Adherence
  • Develop coaching packages and deliver weekly one on one evaluations
  • Provide assistance and on the job coaching
  • Team Productivity and Quality
  • Interviews / Hiring / Coaching
  • Employee Moral / Support

SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:

  • Thorough understanding of Contact Center operations
  • The ability to work within a dynamic fast paced atmosphere.
  • Strong personal values and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • PC skills including word processing, spreadsheets, and general system tools
  • Highly proficient in Excel, Word, and other office products.
  • Must possess an active Life, Accident and Health and Insurance license through your state of residence (Life, Accident and Health insurance license required)
