PeopleShare has an excellent opportunity for a Legal Administrative Assistant in Center Valley!

  • Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
  • Pay Rate: $18-24 an hour based on experience
  • Temporary to Permanent Position

Job Responsibilities & Description:

  • Contact Clients for scheduling appointments and travel arrangements and maintain calendars
  • Proofread all documents and ensure format, spelling and grammar is correct
  • Prepares legal documents and agreements
  • Performs routine filing and retrieves files when requested; handling confidential information daily
  • Screen and direct phone calls as needed
  • Interact with Clients and demonstrate exceptional customer service

Job Requirements:

  • Must have at least three or more years of experience in a law firm
  • MUST have litigation experience
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Word
